CRBOMA calls for nominations for the 2008 TOBY awards
The Capital Region Building Owners and Managers Association (CRBOMA) will hold its Office Building of the Year Awards in October. The Office Building of the Year (TOBY) Award recognizes excellence in building management and maintenance, operational efficiency, tenant retention, emergency planning and community impact. The first level is held at the local level by BOMA. Winning entries then have the opportunity to advance to the regional level in each of the eight North American regions of BOMA International. Regional winners advance to the international level. Applicants should submit a small binder with information on the building for the local level.
