John Crampsie of NAI Summit represented the owner, GSE Realty East, in the sale of Penn Corporate Center to Team Capital Bank. The 74,000 s/f office building is located on 3001 Emrick Blvd. and sold for $11.2 million. Headquartered in Bethlehem, Team Capital Bank is one of the faster growing de novo banks in the country. They provide a comprehensive set of financial services, including traditional retail and commercial banking products, mortgage banking and commercial lending.
