CPEX's Muessel, Lee, and Esses reps AllMD Holdings in 5,000 s/f lease

The CPEX N.Y. office leasing team arranged a 5,000 s/f lease of office space at 147 East 26th St. The tenant, Continuum Health Partners' Beth Israel Medical Center cardiology department, leased the entire second floor location, between Lexington and 3rd Aves. in Gramercy. CPEX's managing director David Muessel, associate director Yok Lee, and associate Jacques Esses, represented the sublandlord, AllMD Holdings, in the eight-year lease agreement. Michael Dubin of Savitt Partners represented Beth Israel. "CPEX is pleased to bring Beth Israel's Cardiology Department to the community," said Muessel. "This important health care center will help improve the quality of life for all nearby residents, as well as all those in Manhattan looking for state of the art care from a top-rated hospital."
