CPEX Real Estate leases 650 s/f retail
CPEX Real Estate has leased a 650 s/f retail space at 32 Court St. to Yofiore, a frozen yogurt store, according to Timothy King, principal of CPEX. King said the rent was close to the asking price of $14,000 a month, which reflects the strength of the market on Court Street in downtown Brooklyn.
The Yofiore leasing transaction was handled by Ryan Condren and Eric Altschul, associate directors of leasing for CPEX.
