Cowing of Pyramid Brokerage Co. brokers $2.7 million sale for 117,362 s/f

435 Creekside LLC has purchased an industrial facility located at 435 Creekside Dr. from Creekside LLC. The sale price for the 117,362 s/f facility on approximately 10 acres was $2.7 million. Rob Cowing of Pyramid Brokerage Company, a Cushman & Wakefield Alliance Member, handled the negotiations for the transaction. The new owner, Creekside, LLC, indicates that there is 500 s/f to 10,000 s/f of office space available for immediate occupancy at below market rates. Cowing will be acting as exclusive agent for the property. Pyramid Brokerage Co. is one of Upstate's largest and only regional commercial real estate services firms with over 100 agents.
