Cosentino and Satanovsky of TerraCRG retained to sell Bedford-Stuyvesant multifamily

Brooklyn, NY TerraCRG has been retained exclusively to sell a multifamily building located at 741 Lexington Ave. in the Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood. Matt Cosentino and Eric Satanovsky are marketing the building. “The popularity of housing near the J/Z train line along Broadway has exploded in the last two years and newer developments and retailers are quickly opening to meet the increased demand,” said Matt Cosentino, vice president at TerraCRG. “741 Lexington Ave.’s proximity to the J/Z train line along with the extremely high level of renovation that was done, make the property very attractive at the approximately 6% Cap Rate it is being offered." The three-unit brownstone contains approximately 3,192 s/f on a 19 ft x 100 ft lot. The unit mix is made up of one large duplex with backyard access, one 3-bedroom and one 2-bedroom apartment. The entire building has been gut renovated, featuring a number of amenities such as custom windows, energy efficient HVAC Systems, granite counters and stainless steel appliances, oak floors, full video security system and more. 741 Lexington Avenue is ideally situated between Stuyvesant Avenue and Malcom X Blvd., within close proximity to the J train at Kosciuszko Street, the Z train at Gates Avenue and the A/C trains at Utica Avenue. A number of outstanding retailers, including L’Antagoniste, The Wilky Bar and Saraghina Restaurant, have opened near the property to meet the needs of the influx of new residents to the area.
