Coscia and Perlman of Largo secure $6 million bridge
loan for 272,900 s/f office - The Atrium

Buffalo, NY Kevin Coscia and Ned Perlman of Largo Real Estate Advisors, Inc. secured a $6 million bridge loan financing for a downtown building formerly known as The Atrium.

The 7.65-acre property is improved with 272,900 s/f of office space and 597 surface parking spaces.

The plan is to revitalize the property for future residential use.

95 Washington is located two blocks away from Canalside and near many of the city’s most known spots including the KeyBank Center (home of the Buffalo Sabres), Seneca One Tower, Buffalo City Hall, and Sahlen’s Field (Buffalo Bisons Baseball). The site is also accessible from the Buffalo Skyway, the Buffalo Metro Rail, and I-190.
