New York, NY According to Leslie E. Robertson Associates (LERA), Benjamin Cornelius has been named a partner. Cornelius will lead the firms forensic engineering investigations.

With the firm since 1994, Cornelius leads LERA’s efforts in the investigations and expert witness sector of the firm’s practice. In his forensic work, Cornelius has advised legal teams in disputes involving tall buildings, residential structures, embassy complexes, sports and entertainment structures, and commuter rail structures. His background and continued experience as a structural designer of building projects positions him well to provide sound advice to investigation and expert witness clients. Cornelius is the current chair of ASCE’s Committee on Forensic Investigations.
