Marc Coppola Real Estate and The Dagar Group lease 30,000 s/f to Newburgh Vintage Emporium

Newburgh, NY Marc Coppola Real Estate and The Dagar Group Ltd. have leased a second location to Newburgh Vintage Emporium on Rte. 17K.

“Currently, Newburgh Vintage Emporium is located on Rte. 9W in Newburgh having opened originally in 2013,” according to Marc Coppola.  “This new location at 10 Rte. 17K will be their second facility which is approximately 30,000 s/f with room for over 80 vendors.”

The owners of the building, Mid Hudson Film, LLC, were represented by both Marc Coppola Realty and The Dagar Group in securing the new lease.

The existing location will remain open 7 days a week and features over 50 vintage and antique dealers. The new location, which is three times the size of the current location, will feature vintage furniture, clothing, antique dealers and other locally and repurposed made goods. It will be known as The Newburgh Vintage Emporium Ware-House. Past uses of the building were a skating rink and a family owned furniture store.
