The Cooper-Horowitz event was attended by over 1,000 prominent real estate borrowers and lenders. Cooper-Horowitz, Inc. has been in business since 1964 and has arranged financing for thousands of commercial properties. Cooper-Horowitz also has an extensive advisory service for the most complex real estate transactions. The total volume is in excess of $14 billion annually. Cooper-Horowitz association with every lending institution will offer the borrower a myriad of different financing vehicles. Cooper-Horowitz's success is that the borrowing community is convinced that they are able to conclude their financing transactions to the end and have satisfied clients for over 45 years.
