Construction started on 14 Jupiter Ln. at Jupiter Park; Feinman of Vanguard-Fine handling marketing of park

Jupiter Park, a 96,000 s/f office/warehouse park located off Walker Way, consists of three professionally designed buildings, started construction on their second building located at 14 Jupiter Ln. They are expecting a spring 2015 occupancy date for new tenants. The first building at 12 Jupiter Ln. was 32,000 s/f and is completely leased. Spaces from 3,000 to 10,000 s/f will be available in 14 Jupiter Ln. The marketing of the park is being handled by Barry Feinman of Vanguard-Fine and the new building is 30% leased. Feinman is very excited to bring a new building to market that fills the needs of tenants looking for professional office space that also have a warehouse requirement.
