Consolo, Aquino and Maglio of Douglas Elliman arrange 600 s/f lease to DryClean NYC at 708 St. Nicholas Avenue, Hillview Towers

Faith Hope Consolo, chairman, Joseph Aquino, executive vice president and Arthur Maglio of Douglas Elliman's retail group have arranged a 600 s/f lease for DryClean NYC in Hillview Towers at 708 St. Nicholas Ave., between 145 and 146th Sts. The environmental dry cleaner presently operates three locations in Upper Manhattan, spanning East Harlem to Washington Heights. "There is a strong demand for quality shops and services in the area," said Consolo. "DryClean NYC will become a real asset for neighborhood residents who are discerning consumers that expect and appreciate value, as well as convenience." Maglio said, "This is the fifth lease we have arranged at the building and the response from the community has been very positive, on all accounts. We identified the missing uses in the area and executed a targeted marketing plan." Other stores that Consolo, Aquino and Maglio have brought to the building include Sugar Hill Medical Plaza, Unity Wines & Spirits, W Dental and Metro PCS. Among the neighboring retailers are Starbucks, New York Sports Club, Pathmark and Duane Reade. In addition, Bank of America, Capital One Bank and Chase Bank are in the immediate vicinity. The retail group exclusively represented the tenant and landlord.
