Timothy Conley, CCIM of Conley Associates, has achieved the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) office specialist designation. This is awarded by the SIOR, an international association of professional commercial real estate brokers. To achieve the SIOR designation Conley completed at least five years creditable experience in the highly specialized field of office real estate. He was proficient in demonstrating to SIOR professional ability, competency, ethical conduct and personal integrity.
Individuals who hold the SIOR designation are top producers in the commercial real estate field. They are represented in 480 cities and 20 countries around the world. SIOR enforces a strict code of ethics and requires designees to complete its ethics course within their first three years of membership.
