The landlord is 400 Jordan Rd., LLC. * Conley Associates represented the tenant, Buffalo Hotel Supply Co., Inc., in the lease renewal of 3,000 s/f of office space at 4 Charles Blvd. The landlord is Latham Four Partnership & Latham Ventures. * Conley Associates represented the tenant, Buffalo Hotel Supply Co., Inc., in the lease renewal of 9,800 s/f of warehouse space at 2 Charles Blvd. The landlord is Latham Four Partnership & Latham Ventures. Conley is a commercial real estate firm that provides services through four divisions: advisory services, tenant/buyer representation, design services and construction supervision. The firm was established in 1993.
