Conley Assocs. hosts July 10th CIREB marketing session

The July 10th marketing session was hosted by Conley Associates at the newly constructed class A office space in the Visionary Park office building on Rte. 9. This professional office building (the first of two) is now available for lease. Features include:  upgraded lobby and common area finishes, electronic building security, and a professional management team.  Tenants have the opportunity to select finishes for their suite.  Guest speaker Michael Cunningham, Esq. of Iseman, Cunningham, Riester & Hyde (ICRH) spoke on the topic "protecting and collecting real estate brokerage commissions." Cunningham touched on many issues, including, how to protect contingent out-year commissions, mechanic's liens and affidavit of entitlement to commissions.
