Conley Associates opens second regional office

Conley Associates has opened a second regional office. Conley's Malta office will be located in Visionary Office Park located at 2715 Rte. 9. Tim Conley stated that opening of the second office is to assist in the major influx of business that Conley Associates has been receiving from the North. Conley stated that his firm, which specializes in tenant representation and corporate real estate advisory services, has undertaken a concentrated effort to broaden the Conley market early in 2010 and that the growth from the Saratoga and Glens Falls markets has been quite successful. This has led to the creation of the second office in Malta. Conley went on to say that there has been an increase in business of about 20% to 25% from companies following the AMD development. Conley Associates was founded in 1993 with their corporate offices located at 194 Washington Avenue in Albany. For more information or to view this report online, go to www.conleyassociates.biz.
