The deals include the following: * Conley represented the tenant, CapitalCare Medical Group, in the expansion and extension of their 16,350 s/f office space located at 501 New Karner Rd. Conley's Design Division assisted in the layouts and finishes of the completed space. The landlord is Rosetti Associates. * Conley represented the tenant, Certified Allergy Consultants, PC, in a relocation to a 4,800 s/f "to be built" building located at 6 Emma Ln., Clifton Park. Conley's Design Division assisted in the layouts and finishes of the completed space. The landlord is Provident Development Group, LLC. * Conley represented the tenant, Spectrum Environmental Associates, Inc., in a relocation to a 3,600 s/f office space located at 2539 Albany St., Schenectady. The landlord is Albany St. Ventures II, LLC. * Conley represented the tenant, MTI Instruments, in a lease renewal of 17,424 s/f of office space located at 325 Washington Ave. Extension. The landlord is Carl Touhey. * Conley represented the tenant, Ryan Biggs, in a relocation to a 10,200 s/f office space located at 257 Ushers Rd., Clifton Park. The landlord is 257 Ushers Road, LLC.
