New York, NY According to Adelaide Polsinelli and Ronda Rogovin, both vice chairs of Compass, a technology-driven real estate platform, announce the continued expansion of the investment sales division with the hires of George Moss, Karen Dome, Mitchell Goldstick, Trystan Polsinelli, who along with Robin Abrams and her team, are also expanding the firm’s commercial division.

George Moss, a 20-year veteran of the industry, has joined the division as director.  Moss has accumulated over $1 billion worth of deals during his career in the sales and acquisitions of both commercial and residential properties in the New York Tri-State area. Prior to joining Compass, he was a longtime broker with now defunct, Eastern Consolidated, where he held the position of senior director. Prior to joining Eastern, he worked directly for a partnership that owned and converted residential co-op and condos, where he was involved in the management, sales and acquisition of over 1,000 units. He graduated from Emerson College with a degree in Liberal Arts. He is also a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY).

Karen Dome has joined the division as vice president. Dome has 25 years experience in the field and has brokered investment sales, asset management and dispositions of assets in excess of $750 million. Prior to joining Compass, Dome was managing principal at Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors and a senior associate at Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services. Earlier in her career, she founded an investment sales firm, Justdan Realty, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of assets in the not-for-profit sector. During six years at GVA Williams she was involved in acquisitions, development, leasing, and asset management. Dome also worked for Sumitomo Realty and Developments N.Y. Inc. for 13 years. She is a two-time president of the New York chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women’s Network – NY (CREW NY and has chaired the Real Estate Board of New York’s (REBNY) Commercial Management.

Mitchell Goldstick began his commercial real estate career as a summer intern with Adelaide Polsinelli. After graduating Penn State University, he worked at Mark Greenberg Real Estate Co, before joining Eastern Consolidated full time. During his four years with the firm, he rose to the rank of director of investment sales and built a track record of success in the sale and acquisition of mixed-use and multifamily properties throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn. His notable transactions include the multimillion-dollar sale of retail condo buildings, sponsor-held co-op units and substantial mixed-use properties.

Trystan Polsinelli is following his mother into the real estate business. His mother, Adelaide, is a respected veteran of the industry whose experiences in the field motivated him to pursue the profession from an early age. While earning his bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Tampa, Polsinelli honed his real estate know-how with internships at Eastern Consolidated each summer. He launched his professional life in the recruitment sector, specializing in the finance and engineering fields, before joining Compass in the fall. He is also a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY).

In August of this year, veteran investment sales brokers, Adelaide Polsinelli and Ronda Rogovin, launched the commercial division for the New York City metro region for Compass. “We are delighted to have these talented brokers join the Compass Commercial team. They represent the caliber of professionals we are continuing to add at all levels,” said Adelaide Polsinelli, vice chair at Compass Commercial.

The New York City investment sales market is ripe for change, and Compass has the potential to be the market leader in investment sales as they are in residential sales.
