Company Profile: Casilio Companies

The Casilio Companies operate as a full service concern for construction, construction management, real estate development, real estate brokerage, facility planning and property management. Founded by Pat Casilio in 1965, P.A.T. Construction Inc. was the beginning of the Casilio's commercial and industrial construction company. Today the Casilio Companies, with P.A.T. Construction Management, and Casilio Real Estate and Development Company, Inc., are composed of professional estimators, project managers, field supervisors, real estate developers, property managers, real estate analysts, and financiers. The company currently has 50 full-time employees. Since its founding, the companies have developed over 30 million s/f of space. Construction and real estate development projects run the gamut from a $20 million computer center, to medical surgical units, schools and institutional buildings, manufacturing plants, corporate offices and everything in between. The president of Casilio Companies, Mary Powell, operates Construction Services Group of Upstate NY Inc., a woman-owned business in general construction, site development, and trucking.
