Collins of Tudor Collins represents tenants in two leases

Williamsville, NY According to Tudor Collins Commercial Real Estate, the firm has completed the following leases:

• Bison Billiards will be relocating to a larger location at 4545 Transit Rd., in the Eastern Hills Mall next to JC Penny. Their new space spans 8,500 s/f and features a 40 ft. bar made of African Mahogany where they serve beer, wine and a limited menu. Having the additional space, owner, Mike Shriver is able to offer his clients darts, shuffleboard and corn hole in addition to pool. Patricia Collins, broker for Tudor Collins represented Bison Billiards in their new location. The property owner is MDC Eastern Hills LLC. Bison Billiards will continue to host pool leagues for adults and children as well as weekend tournaments that draw pool enthusiasts.

• Synergy Nutrition and Wellness along with BeMoved Fitness opened at 3376 Niagara Falls Blvd. in Wheatfield after Jimmy and Tara Scaringi purchased the building, formerly a dog kennel. The buyers have renovated the property back to a class A facility with a multitude of health disciplines under one roof including nutrition, chiropractic, massage therapy, mental health, physical therapy, fitness classes, personal trainers and more. Collins represented the Scaringis in this transaction.
