Colliers International named exclusive leasing agent for ARC Companies' 555 Theodore Fremd

Rye, NY Colliers International has been retained by The ARC Companies as the exclusive leasing agent for a 180,000 s/f, class A office building at 555 Theodore Fremd. The premier, three-story Westchester County property - which The ARC Companies acquired at the end of 2014 - features a recently renovated, full-service cafeteria, fitness center, and a dramatic lobby with a stunning glass sculpture. Notable tenants at the building include: Dorf & Nelson LLP’s U.S. headquarters; Greenbriar Equity Group LLC; Mitsubishi Imaging, Inc.’s U.S. headquarters; Varta Batteries’ U.S. headquarters; and the Bank of Tokyo; among other financial, law, and professional services firms. Other corporations located in close proximity to 555 Theodore Fremd include Gabelli Funds, Con Edison, Acadia Realty Trust, and WESTMED Medical Group. “This well-maintained property, with immediate access to both the Rye and Harrison Metro-North train stations on the New Haven line, continues to attract a diverse mix of users and is an ideal option particularly for professional services and Fortune 500 companies,” said Al Gutierrez, executive managing director at Colliers International, who along with executive managing director Michael Gordon, senior managing director Ian Ceppos, and director Stephanie Coleman exclusively represent the property’s leasing and advisory efforts on behalf of The ARC Companies. Gutierrez added that the high-quality office product can accommodate tenants in spaces ranging from 1,000 to 14,000 s/f of contiguous, class A space. "We look forward to working with ownership to lease the remaining spaces at what is certainly one of the premier office buildings in Rye. 555 Theodore Fremd’s location near the train stations will continue to be a major attraction as demonstrated by its strong, current occupancy rate,” Gordon said. “Colliers brings an exciting level of leasing expertise to our property,” said Bill Oliver, director of Projects, The ARC Companies. “We look forward to their contribution to our success,” he added. Built in 1988, 555 Theodore Fremd is also located near I-95, the Hutchinson River Parkway, and an array of restaurants and retail.
