* Livingston International has signed a long term lease to occupy 65,000 s/f of high bay warehouse space at 40 Sonwil Dr. Livingston International is a leading U.S. customs broker and international trade consulting company with eight offices in the Western, NY area alone.
* SEKO Worldwide has signed a long term lease for 7,500 s/f of office and warehouse space at 308 Sonwil Dr. SEKO Worldwide is a freight forwarding firm who has expanded and relocated from Holtz Road in Cheektowaga.
* Wurth Service Supply has also signed a lease for 10,000 s/f at 306 Sonwil Dr. Wurth is a supplier of nuts, bolts and various other fasteners.
* Mirion Technologies (Conax Nuclear), Inc. has added to their current 26,000 s/f lease by adding an additional 10,000 s/f at 456 Sonwil Dr., giving Mirion 36,000 s/f in the park. Mirion manufactures parts for nuclear reactors being built around the world.
* UPS has renewed their 10,000 s/f lease at 302 Sonwil Dr.
* Forward Air has renewed their 7,500 s/f lease at 406 Sonwil Dr.
* LEKI USA, Inc. has also renewed their 10,000 s/f lease at 458 Sonwil Dr.
* An additional transaction is for a 4,500 s/f lease by Caboodle Printing who has relocated from Niagara Falls Blvd. in Tonawanda to 1975 Wehrle Dr. in Williamsville. This move resulted in Caboodle more than doubling their production space allowing them to add equipment at their new location.
