Fillmore & 5th is the latest retail concept from Crossroads Trading Co., the new and recycled fashion retailer that has been serving fashionable and environmentally-conscious customers since 1991. They have 32 stores nationwide including two in New York City.
Jordan Cohn, the exclusive SCG Retail broker for Crossroads in the New York Metro, said, "Fillmore & 5th was created to provide a boutique shopping environment for quality resale for discerning customers. Broome St. is a wonderful location for them because it bridges SoHo and NoLita, playing off of all of the great retail and food emerging on Lafayette."

Fillmore & 5th is a designer consignment boutique specializing in clothing and accessories for men and women at a fraction of the original retail price.
"Crossroads has taken advantage of a consumer trend that desires quality resale and consignment of vintage apparel, combined with the hottest designer clothing and accessories," said Jacqueline Klinger from SCG Retail, who also represented the tenant.
