Clover plans to develop $7 million 150-unit senior apartment project
Clover Management Inc. has proposed the construction of a $7 million senior housing complex at the corner of Broadway and Pavement Rd. The proposed project for the vacant property will contain 150 senior apartments.
According to Michael Connors of Clover, the project will feature one and two-bedroom units that will range from 700 to 850 s/f.
Clover submitted the project to the Lancaster Planning board and pending approvals, construction will begin later this year or in the spring of 2009. According to Connors, it will take a year to build the complex.
Clover is also building two other senior housing projects that include the 164-unit Crestmount Apartments in Tonawanda and the 120-unit Southpointe Senior Apartments in Hamburg.
