Clemens of Massey Knakal secures retail lease at 776 Nostrand Ave.

Massey Knakal Retail Leasing Services has secured a retail lease for 776 Nostrand Ave. The space is located between St. John's and Sterling Places in the Crown Heights neighborhood. The space contains 1,700 s/f of ground floor and 1,050 s/f of basement space. It benefits from 19 feet of frontage and 12 feet ceilings. Features include separated utility meters, electric roll down gates, a modern storefront, and no structural columns. There is a partitioned office and restroom in the back of the store. The basement is accessible via a sidewalk hatch or from within the ground floor retail space. The space will be occupied by a furniture retailer. This location benefits from a large amount of foot and automobile traffic along one of Crown Heights' busiest retail corridors. The Nostrand Ave. subway station is located just two blocks away. The area is home to a nice mix of many local and national retailers. "Nostrand Ave. in Crown Heights is the next corridor which is going to benefit from the regentrification that is moving eastward from Prospect Heights," said Massey Knakal director of retail leasing Andrew Clemens, who exclusively handled this transaction. "Through our extensive marketing efforts, we were able to secure a lease with Furniture House who was been priced of its existing location near the Barclays Center after 30 years of operation there." 776 Nostrand Avenue - Brooklyn, NY
