Cleeman of Cohen Real Estate (CRE) arranges joint venture for acquisition of a Florida shopping center

Cohen Real Estate (CRE) has arranged joint venture equity capital for the acquisition of Prado at Spring Creek Shopping Center, a 152,072 s/f shopping center. The project is owned by a newly formed joint venture between PMAT Acquistion LLC, based in Louisiana and Isram Realty Group in Florida. Michael Cleeman, VP of CRE represented both sides of the formation of the new joint venture.
