Cleeman and Trupia of Cohen Real Estate complete sale of three contiguous properties

Cohen Real Estate (CRE) completed the off-market sale of 3 Bleecker St., 324 Bowery, and the retail condominium at 1 Bleecker St., all located on the northwest corner of Bleecker St, and the Bowery. The three contiguous properties combine for 13,221 s/f and are comprised of three interconnected retail units and six rental apartments. The property was purchased by an affiliate of RWN Real Estate Partners LLC, a New York middle market real estate private equity platform, in partnership with Silverstone Property Group, LLC, a privately held real estate investment and management company. Michael Cleeman, VP, and Paul Trupia, director of acquisitions of CRE represented both the buyer and seller. "As owner of these properties for nearly half a century, the sellers found this to be an opportune time to take advantage of robust investment activity in Manhattan, and in particular, the prime Bowery/NoHo submarket," said Cleeman.
