Clark and Balash of Pyramid Brokerage Company lease 10,957 s/f
According to Pyramid Brokerage Company, Consumer Credit Counseling leased 10,957 s/f in the Widewaters Office Park at 5794 Widewaters Pkwy. Consumer Credit Counseling offers their clients credit counseling, debt consolidation and credit card help through financial education and debt management. John Clark, SIOR, CRE, and Brian Balash of Pyramid brokered the lease.
