Cirlin joins Zelnik & Company as senior managing director

Zelnik & Company has welcomed Peter Cirlin as its new senior managing director. His focus will be to expand the company's tenant representation business in addition to his work on behalf of landlord's throughout the metro area. He has been involved in the commercial real estate business in the area for more than 20 years. During his career he largely served as a tenant representative serving the needs of some of the countries more successful retailers and well known brands He was responsible for the first Home Depot in Manhattan and for that achievement he won the Real Estate Board of New York's Deal of the Year Award in 2003. He also managed the roll out and expansion for Staples Inc. in the tri-state area from 1990-2005.
