On Monday, September 29th, CIREB will hold an educational seminar worth six hours of NYS Real Estate Education Credits. "Advanced Commercial Investment Workshop" will be presented by Tom Lundstedt, CCIM. Lundstedt is a recognized expert on the subjects of investment real estate and taxation. A former major league baseball player with the Chicago Cubs and Minnesota Twins, Lundstedt has an ability to present complex information in an entertaining and enlightening way. Lundsteadt holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota as well as the prestigious CCIM designation from the National Association of Realtors.
