Ciminelli Real Estate Corp. leases 7,100 s/f to Jacobs Neurological Inst.

Ciminelli Real Estate Corporation, one of Western New York's leading full service real estate companies, has signed a long-term lease with The Jacobs Neurological Institute to locate an additional clinical facility at 300 Essjay Rd. in Ciminelli's Centerpointe Corporate Park. The JNI will occupy approximately 7,100 s/f of space in the building, and expects to take occupancy sometime in September of this year. "We are extremely pleased that The JNI has chosen to locate their new facility in Centerpointe," said Robert McDonnell, vice president of Ciminelli Real Estate Corporation, leasing agent for the owner, Centerpointe Corporate Holdings, LLC.
