Ciminelli promotes Melas, Holycross, Rice, Johnson, Meacham and Kinney

Williamsville, NY Ciminelli Real Estate Corp. has promoted several employees:  Zachary Melas to director of procurement; Amber Holycross to senior development manager; Richard Rice to senior development manager; Patrick Johnson to senior corporate accountant; Catherine Meacham to corporate accounting associate; and Roger Kinney to senior maintenance technician.

Melas joined Ciminelli in May 2007 and most recently served as procurement manager.

Holycross joined Ciminelli in January 2012, and most recently managed the Bethune and Sinclair loft apartment projects. 

Rice joined Ciminelli in June 2013 and managed various aspects of Conventus.

Johnson, who joined Ciminelli in October 2010, has absorbed a larger role in the corporate accounting function with expanded responsibilities. He recently completed his MBA at Canisius College.

Meacham joined Ciminelli in January 2013. Her role has been expanded to include additional corporate accounting functions.

Kinney joined Ciminelli’s maintenance staff in June 2003.
