Cignature Realty remains on CoStar’s top firms list for 2021

New York, NY Cignature Realty Associates is now a 4x recipient of the CoStar Top Firms honor, receiving recognition two years in a row with awards earned in 2021, 2020, 2018 and 2017.

Cignature Realty ended the year with more than $329 million in total sales of multifamily deals exclusively in the New York City market.

“It is a tremendous honor to be recognized as an industry leader amongst our esteemed peers, it’s something that we at Cignature Realty never take for granted,” said Cignature Realty’s CEO Lazer Sternhell. “Multifamily deals have continued its positive trajectory and as a company we’re proud to be at the crown of that upward trend.”

The CoStar Power Broker Award program has honored the industry’s elite for 22 years. CoStar determines Top Sales Firms by highest transaction volume in commercial real estate deals in their respective markets.
