Chen joins Forchelli Deegan Terrana as an associate in Corporate and Real Estate practice groups

Uniondale, NY Jane Chen has joined the law firm of Forchelli Deegan Terrana as an associate in the Corporate and Real Estate practice groups, according to Jeffrey Forchelli, managing partner.

She was most recently a law clerk at the firm, where she conducted research and wrote memorandum, including the introduction for the firm’s renewable energy practice. Prior to joining, Chen served as a law clerk at a publically traded national bank, where she drafted and reviewed vendor contracts, lease agreements, corporate policies and correspondence to governmental, regulatory, and third party entities.  

She is a graduate of Stony Brook University and Hofstra University School of Law.
