Charter Realty & Development brokers 34,000 s/f lease at Walden Village
Charter Realty & Development Corp. has leased 34,000 s/f to Ultimate Electronics in Walden Village. Ultimate will be joining Burlington Coat Factory in the 209,199 s/f shopping center. This deal was co-broked by Vanguard Fine.
