Chang of Highcap brokers $10.25 million sale of Queens industrial site
Queens, NY Charles Chang, a senior investment director of Highcap Group, has brokered the sale of 56-16 thru 56-36 56th Dr. in the Maspeth neighborhood. The block through industrial site is bounded by 56th St., 56th Terr. and 58th St. and has 479 ft. of frontage. Zoned M1-1, there is 67,000 of buildable s/f.
Due to the demand for industrial properties in this area, Chang was able to quickly and quietly procure the buyer at a sales price of $10.25 million.
