Century 21 Calabrese merges with RE/MAX of N.Y.

According to Henry Weber, president and regional director of RE/MAX of New York, Inc., Century 21 Calabrese has become part of the RE/MAX of New York, Inc. franchise network. The new office, RE/MAX Metro, will be home to more than 150 professional agents who will continue to provide comprehensive real estate services in Brooklyn including the communities of Bay Ridge, Bensonhurst, Dyker Heights, Gravesend, Sunset Park and all of Staten Island. Approximately 100 agents from Century 21 Calabrese will join more than 50 agents from RE/MAX Professionals and RE/MAX 1st Choice Realty creating one of the largest RE/MAX operations in the Brooklyn and Staten Island market.  RE/MAX Metro's management team will include Sal Calabrese and Michael Calabrese and veteran RE/MAX broker/owners Joe Madaio of RE/MAX 1st Choice and Frank Pennacchi of RE/MAX Professionals. Michael and Sal Calabrese are veteran real estate professionals and respected industry leaders. They have been operating in Brooklyn and Staten Island for over 34 years and for the last 25 years as part of Century 21. Their office has consistently been number one in the Brooklyn/Staten Island market and was Century 21's number two office in the entire New York region. RE/MAX Metro will consolidate operations over the next several months, eventually operating four mega offices, two in Brooklyn and two on Staten Island.
