CCIRE handles a total of four retail center sales

Cohen and Co., Inc. Real Estate (CCIRE) completed four sales that include: Albany Sq. Shopping Center, a 125,000 s/f center; Ordnance Plaza, a 398,522 s/f center in Glen Burnie, Maryland; Dam Neck Crossing, a 140,000 s/f center in Virginia Beach, Va.; and Centre Plaza, a 100,500 s/f center in Clinton, Tenn. The CCIRE brokers were Helen Putterman, president; Vera Thomas, senior managing director; and Ric Kaiser, senior executive director.
