CCIM scholarships are now available. Selection criteria for an individual seeking a scholarship includes: * Recipient must have successfully completed CI 101. * Currently a candidate member of the CCIM Institute. * Have need for financial assistance. * Demonstrate a commitment to a commercial real estate career. * Demonstrate active involvement as a dues paying member with the Upstate N.Y. CCIM chapter. For more information, email Beverly Cain, the chapter's scholarship chairperson, at [email protected]. The chapter is also offering a CCIM Portfolio of Qualifying Experience workshops. Do you need help with writing your portfolio? Attend the portfolio writing workshop. CCIM courses are comprehensive offerings emphasizing practical knowledge and real-world examples to create the optimal learning environment. All courses are continually improved, refined and updated to ensure that students learn the latest tools and concepts. The CCIM curriculum consists of four required core courses, an introductory course, a series of quality one-day advanced education programs, online learning opportunities and special symposiums.
