Peter Finn, executive VP, and Larry Van Der Bogart, of CBRE, represented Midler Court Realty, LLC, in the $500,000 sale of 6040 Tarbell Rd. The 60,000 s/f building was formerly occupied by Fiserv/JP Morgan. The new owner, Pemco Properties, plans to redevelop the building into a multi-tenant office/flex building.
