CBRE|Syracuse broker three sales in Syracuse totaling $8.625 million; Includes $5.675 million sale

Syracuse, NY According to Michael Finn, managing partner of CBRE|Syracuse, the firm has completed three sales:

2649 Erie Boulevard East - Syracuse, NY

• Bill Anninos, of CBRE|Syracuse, and Fred Burstein, of CBRE|Long Island, represented the seller, Sam’s Real Estate Business Trust, in the $5.675 million sale of the former Sam’s Club at 2649 Erie Blvd. East. The 134,344 s/f retail building, on 14.2 acres, will serve as a new location for CubeSmart self-storage. CBRE|Syracuse was also retained as the leasing agent for new retail space at this location. 

5400 South Bay Road - Syracuse, NY

• Anninos and Donald French were the exclusive listing agents in the $1.85 million sale of 5400 South Bay Rd. The property consisted of five parcels totaling 4.57 acres, which included the 17,504 s/f former Americar auto sales commercial/retail building with showroom and offices. Robert Seniecle purchased the property to open an auto sales business. He also owns Bridgeland Auto Brokers in Bridgeport. Valerie Vincent, of Venture Brokerage Group, represented the buyer.

Masonic Lofts, 318-322 Montgomery Street - 
Syracuse, NY

• Peter Finn, CBRE|Syracuse executive vice president, and Marty Dowd were the exclusive listing agents in the $1.1 million sale of the Masonic Lofts, 318-322 Montgomery St. The Masonic Lofts is a 61,160 s/f, five-story, 31-unit apartment building. CBRE|Syracuse facilitated the managed bid sale of the multifamily property and the winning bidder was 318-322 Montgomery Street, LLC.
