CBRE reps Mack-Cali in 56,106 s/f lease to Gen Re at 125 Broad Street
According to the Mack-Cali Realty Corp., General Reinsurance Corp. (Gen Re) has signed a new 21-year, eight-month, 56,106 s/f lease at 125 Broad St. The transaction represents a consolidation from two other locations.
Gen Re, a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway, is one of the world's leading reinsurers, operating through more than 45 offices in 26 countries.
