CBRE Group, Inc. has been appointed the exclusive sales agent for the Sisters of the Divine Compassion Campus which comprises ±16 acres in downtown White Plains.
The CBRE team of William Cuddy, executive vice president, and Jacqueline Novotny, associate will represent the Sisters of the Divine Compassion in marketing the property for sale.
Located at 52 North Broadway, adjacent to the Pace Law School Campus, the Sisters of the Divine Compassion Campus consists of twelve buildings on a pristine site in the heart of White Plains immediately off the Cross Westchester Expressway. The site is also accessible via the Metro North Harlem line's White Plains station and the County Bee-line Bus System. The Property can be sold as a single site comprising the entire ±16 acres. Campus buildings include the Good Counsel Convent Motherhouse, Good Counsel Academy High School and Elementary School, the RDC Counseling Center and the Chapel of the Divine Compassion. The Property is expected to attract interest from a wide range of residential development and prospective institutional end users.
