CBRE completes seven leases totaling 44,256 s/f
New York, NY CBRE Group, Inc. has brokered seven office leasing transactions in New York City totaling 44,256 s/f:
- CBRE’s Michael Liss represented Office Resources, Inc. at The Paramount Building, 1501 Broadway, in a 10,178 s/f sublet from Tremor Video on the partial eighth floor. CBRE’s Christopher Corrinet, Jared Isaacson and Sacha Zarba represented the sublandlord.
- CBRE’s Alex Kantor and Adam Leshowitz represented The Documentary Group at 114 West 26th Street in a 9,300 s/f direct lease on the entire seventh floor. The term was ten years. Adams & Company Real Estate’s Michael Beyda, Jeff Buslik and David Levy represented the landlord.
- CBRE’s Ramsey Feher and William Iacovelli represented Campbell Lutyens & Co. at 45 Rockefeller Plaza, 630 Fifth Ave., in a 6,463 s/f direct lease on the partial 25th floor. The term was five years. Tishman Speyer’s Samantha Augarten, Blythe Kinsler and Joshua McGuire represented the landlord.
- CBRE’s Jeffrey Kilimnick and Robert Kluge represented AlphaSense at the Clarendon Building, 215 Park Avenue South, in a 5,378 s/f direct lease on the partial 17th floor. The term was five years. SL Green Realty’s Gary Rosen and Howard Tenenbaum represented the landlord.
- CBRE’s Laurence Briody represented Blaylock Beal Van, LLC at 600 Lexington Ave. in a 5,195 s/f direct renewal on the partial third floor. The term was five years. SL Green’s Elaine Anazagasty represented the landlord.
- CBRE’s Clyde Reetz represented Vantage Commodities Financial Services at Brookdale Center—Yeshiva University, 55 Fifth Ave., in a 4,542 s/f direct renewal on the partial 13th floor. The term was three years. Time Equities’ Nadja Galloway and Brandon Medeiros represented the landlord.
- CBRE’s Mary Ann Tighe, Michael Movshovich and Evan Fiddle represented Populous Group at 475 Fifth Ave., in a 3,200 s/f direct lease on the partial 15th floor. This will be the company’s first New York City office. The term was for three years. Newmark’s Erik Harris, Howard Klau and Brian Waterman represented the landlord.
