CBRE | Buffalo represents Lactalis American Group

The CB Richard Ellis|Buffalo (CBRE|Buffalo) office team of Shana Stegner and Sarah Cashimere-Warren exclusively represented the cheese manufacturer Lactalis American Group, Inc. in the lease negotiations for their new downtown Buffalo office location. Lactalis American Group is the parent company of Sorrento Lactalis headquartered on South Park Ave. The company was in search of additional office space within close proximity to its corporate headquarters on South Park Ave. After an extensive site search, Lactalis American Group chose to move certain commercial operations to downtown Buffalo, leasing approximately 6,300 s/f at Cathedral Park Tower located at 37 Franklin St. Stegner and Cashimere-Warren assisted Lactalis American Group with their decision to enter into a long-term lease with the owners of Cathedral Park Tower, who were represented by Paula Blanchard of RealtyUSA.
