CBRE-Albany secures $1.123 million in sales and brokers 57,650 s/f in leases

CBRE-Albany brokered the following sales totaling $1.123 million and leases totaling 57,650 s/f: * Craig Darby and Tom MacClarence of CBRE-Albany have brokered the lease of 2,072 s/f of office space at 375 Bay Rd., Queensbury. Peckham Industries, Inc. leased the space from 375 Bay Road LLC. * Eric Simonds, CCIM of CBRE-Albany has brokered the sale of 6281 Johnston Rd., Guilderland. This 1,715 s/f freestanding office building was sold by Air Resources Group, LLC and purchased by Tri-State Hearing, LLC. CBRE-Albany represented the seller and Prudential Blake represented the purchaser. The property transferred for $282,500. * Laurie Tylenda, CCIM, SIOR and Dan Davitt of CBRE-Albany have brokered the lease of 10,140 s/f at 107 Hermes Rd. in Malta. CBRE-Albany was the broker of record in this transaction between the landlord, United STEP 1, LLC, represented by Laurie and the tenant, Performance Contracting Inc. represented by Dan. * Laurie Tylenda, CCIM, SIOR, Darby and MacClarence of CBRE-Albany have brokered a lease of 9,520 s/f at 107 Hermes Rd., Malta. Tylenda represented the landlord, United STEP 1, LLC while Darby and MacClarence represented the tenant, Lam Research Corp. * Tom Savino and Darby of CBRE-Albany have brokered the sale of 5.01 acres of industrial land at Grande Industrial Park in Saratoga Springs. The land was sold by Munter Land Holdings, LLC and purchased by Peroxychem LLC for $300,600. * Dan Simpson, CCIM and Savino of CBRE-Albany have brokered the lease of 11,125 s/f of warehouse space at 30A Post Rd., Colonie. CBRE-Albany represented the landlord, SRB Developer Inc. and Pyramid Brokerage represented the tenant, Solar City Corp. * Darby of CBRE-Albany has brokered the lease of 20,900 s/f of warehouse space at 1 Reed St. in Glens Falls. CBRE-Albany represented the landlord, Pruyn's Island LLC and Prudential Blake represented the tenant ABC Supply Co., Inc. * Savino of CBRE-Albany was the broker of record for the lease of 1,996 s/f at 2911 Rte. 9, Malta. The landlord, Stewart's Shops Corp. leased the property to Saratoga County Prosperity Partnership, Inc. * Ann MacAffer, CCIM of CBRE-Albany has brokered a lease of 1,897 s/f at 20 Madison Ave. Extension, Albany. Ameriprise/Riversource Life Insurance Co. of NY leased the space from Anderson Holdings, LLC. * John Tracy and Dan Davitt of CBRE-Albany have brokered the sale of 1706 Central Ave., Colonie. This 5,362 s/f retail building was sold by Backstage Associates, LLC and purchased by Infamous Graphics, Inc. for $395,000. * Tylenda and MacClarence of CBRE-Albany have brokered the sale of 35 Maiden Ln., Albany. 35 Maiden Lane Group, LLC sold the 3,200 s/f three-story building in downtown Albany to Moutopoulos Brothers, Inc. for $145,000. CBRE-Albany was the broker of record for the transaction.
