CB Richard Ellis promote Watkins and Chao

CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) has recently promoted Steven Robinson, in the Retail Services Group and Roshan Shah, in the company's Global Brokerage Services Group, to vice president. They were previously senior associates. Robinson primarily conducts retail transactions representing tenants and landlords, with some work in investment sales. Robinson is a member of Real Estate Board of New York and International Council of Shopping Centers. He graduated from Seton Hall University with a bachelor of arts. In his three years with CBRE's Midtown office, Shah has advised several large and boutique financial services firms, with an emphasis on evaluating and implementing strategic real estate plans for hedge funds and private equity firms. Shah graduated with honors from Boston University School of Management, with a bachelor of science in Business Administration.
