Carson named a VP at L&L Holding Co., LLC

Josh Carson has been named a VP of L&L Holding Co., LLC, according to chairman and CEO David Levinson. Carson, who formerly served as an associate of the firm, will continue to be responsible for the acquisition, financing and recapitalization of the firm's office assets in New York and Washington, D.C. Prior to joining L&L, he focused on acquisitions in New England and the Southeast for New Boston Fund, a real estate investment management firm. He started his career at McKinsey & Co., a global management consulting firm. Carson graduated magna cum laude from Middlebury College in Vermont. Founded in 2000 by Messers, Levinson and Lapidus, Manhattan-based L&L Holding Company, LLC is a privately owned real estate investment company with a current portfolio in excess of 5.5 million square feet of office space primarily in Manhattan.
