Carl Freeman Cos. signs property management deal for Fairfax Marketplace

Carl Freeman Cos. has signed a property management deal for Fairfax Marketplace. Carl Freeman Cos. has been selected to provide property management services by J. Donegan Co. for Fairfax Marketplace in Fairfax, VA. The 22,882 s/f shopping center is currently under construction and is expected to start delivering tenant spaces by early January with the first scheduled openings slated for spring of 2008.  The center is located at  10930 Lee Highway and represents the first property management arrangement between the Freeman Cos. and the J. Donegan Co. The Freeman Cos. have grown their property management portfolio in 2007, bringing it to 25 properties and 2,723,422 s/f under management.
