Capstone Realty Advisors expands into retail with launch of retail division; Donath and Demetrious to augment formation of the new department

Manhattan commercial real estate firm Capstone Realty Advisors has revealed the launch of a retail division. The addition of specialists Ina Donath and Helen Demetrious, who formed a partnership while at NYCRS, will augment the formation of the new department. The duo brings a wealth of retail experience having completed a multitude of retail transactions as tenant and landlord representatives, and also in the business sale/key money space. Since joining forces in 2011, Donath and Demetrious have focused primarily on small to mid-sized retail spaces and restaurants, many of which are first-time owners. To date, they are responsible for upwards of $25 million in aggregate rent obligations. "After numerous meetings with Ina and Helen, I was certain that they would be a natural fit for the culture of our firm," said Joseph McLaughlin, Capstone Realty managing partner. "As the company has grown, we have experienced a surge of retail requirements as "trickle down" from our relationships with Manhattan business owners. The addition of Ina and Helen as retail specialists will benefit our clients, as well as the 16 brokers presently associated with Capstone."
